It was the BEST movie ever made! Man, i just can`t believe you gotta wait 2years to watch 2movies! Its tooo long to wait and i don`t feel like reading its different! Well, i loved it and all you haters out there suck and have no taste! Legolas is sexy

The cinematography was excellent. The first part of the movie was enjoyable but the later half was monotonous. Overall, I found the movie unmoving.

The actors are wonderfully cast, the cinematography is breathtaking (makes me want to visit New Zealand), the makeup is great, and the direction is superb. It very closely parallels Tolkien`s original story, but moves at a more rapid pace than the book, with lots of action. In my opinion, a great movie seems to fly by, and you are disappointed to see the end. This is a such a movie!

I thought it was the best movie ive ever seen,the special effects ,the emotion the actors and actreses put into there parts and the cast outstanding better than anything ive ever seen. J.R.R. Tolkien has to be smiling in his grave. 5 out of 5.A must see!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wasn`t sure if I was going to like it at first but after when I saw it, I LOVED IT!!!! I was disappointed when it ended because I wanted to see more. It was amazing. It is definitely the best movie of the year.

It had great special efect the coustumes were out of this world! The books are too well writen to explainin words!! All the charactors were played by ingenious actors who made the books come to life. My personal favorite would have to be Legolas and Pippin. Both actors were genuine and portraid their charactors in a way that ables people to understand the way middle earth works, at the same time making the movie enjoyable for all ages

This movie has been long awaited by JRR tolkien fans...and has proven to be almost as spectacular as the novel. Most defianatly a movie worth seeing and enduring three hours of a spectacular adventure.

I found the movie very captivating, and the special effects spectacular, the characters well-protrayed from the book characters, although the movie was very long, and the ending too abrupt. I gave this movie a 3 1/2 stars.

The best fantasy movie every made. The LOTR trilogy has set the standards for fiction movie making. The amount of deatil in the special affects and costumes was amazing. My hats off to all the people who worked hard to bring fans of fiction this trilogy.
